Our Process

Your journey with us is a clear, collaborative, and proven process

  • Once initial design is substantially complete, we can begin the budgeting process by relying on our database of historical pricing to determine an initial budget for the project.

  • Budget pricing allows clients an early look at potential costs and is provided early so that adjustments and opportunities for value engineering can be made.

  • We then reach out to our stable of key trade professionals for scope specific pricing and additional value engineering advice. Having key stakeholders at the table early in the process is critical.

  • As construction approaches, we will facilitate clients in the selection of fixtures and finishes and provide guidance selections.

  • We aim to provide a transparent and clear process for construction and offer regular opportunity for budget review and multiple opportunities to assure our clients the design looks as good in real life as it does in the rendering.
